Individual Therapy: if you decide individual therapy is for you or your child, Arin or Nicole will meet with you to obtain more information to guide treatment. It will be decided if family therapy, parenting skills or individual therapy is best for the client based on the information provided. Rate: $120/ 50 minute session || University students & military: $100/session || Must verify with ID

EMDR Therapy: $150/ 60 minute session (Arin only)

EMDR 2 hour session: $300

*Arin only accepts insurance at this time* Insurance: Most United Health Care Plans, no Medicaid or Medicare plans
Rates are listed for each service. Longer sessions may be requested for additional fees. Fees are considered self-pay, HSA/FSA is also accepted and you may send a “Superbill” to your insurance for possible reimbursement or to work to your deductible. Sliding scale is accepted on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellation Policy: You are expected to cancel your appointment at least 24 hours prior to your appointment if you are unable to make it.  If you don’t, you will be responsible for the full payment of the session.

Regarding Court Involvement: It is typically not a service we provide specific services for. However, if utilized, if an attorney requests consultation, testifying, recommendations or time is requested, our rate is $240/hour for these services with a 2 hour minimum fee for any court involvement due to preparation and having to cancel appointments resulting in a loss of income
