About the therapists

Arin is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida. Arin studied at the University of Florida majoring in Psychology with a focus on Cognitive Behavioral Neuroscience and a minor in Health Sciences. Following this, Arin completed her graduate program at the University of Central Florida with a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Arin has worked in integrative programs focusing on the whole individual. She has extensive experience in working with adolescents, teens and adults with a focus on anxiety, depression, trauma, transitions and overall wellness.

Arin utilizes components from Existential, Client-Centered, Cognitive Behavioral and Gestalt therapies as well as mindfulness practices such as breath-worth and tuning into the senses and body. Arin is trained in Eye-Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) focusing on PTSD and trauma related disorders. She focuses more on the individual as opposed to diagnosis labels and engages in ongoing education to best serve her clients.

Other info about Arin is that she is born and raised in Florida, loves to travel and spend time outdoors. She values health and exercise as it relates to positive wellbeing, spending time with her family and husband. Some of her favorite coping skills are “earthing,” hiking, cuddling with her cats and anything to do with water. Arin identifies as neurodivergent and understands the challenges and blessings that come with the ways the brain works. Arin also is a child of divorce and experiences chronic pain and can empathize with those who also experience some of these specific life challenges.

Nicole is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Florida. Nicole obtained her Bachelors of Social Work from Warner University. Following this she completed her graduate program at the University of Central Florida with a Master of Social Work. Nicole has supported many clients from the ages of 5 to 65 in the areas of anxiety, depression, stress management, chronic pain and transitions in life. 

Nicole has a passion for utilizing mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, choice theory, and client centered therapy in sessions so those she works with discover the skills they already have inside them and feel confident implementing them outside of session. 

Other info about Nicole is that she is born and raised on the west coast of Florida, loves to travel and is a new mom. She values health and wellness by practicing self care and spending time with her family. Some of her favorite coping skills are to spend time in nature, listen to music and going for evening walks with her husband and son.
